I have been teaching about God’s power, and how to walk under it. People relieve that receiving the anointing of the Holy Spirit or the gift of speaking in other tongs is the only gift that is related to being baptized with the Holy Spirit. Then we have a lot of people that speak in other tongs but don’t necessarily walk under the Holy Spirit. There is a whole lot more than just speaking other tongs, more than just the understanding or spending a night in watch at church. There is more to this than performing miracles and wonders, it has to do with living a victorious life. I am not speaking about a life without trials, but about one in which you win every trial or pass every test, winning each and every one. I’m not talking about a life without temptation, but about a life defeating those temptations. It is not a life without weakness, but one in which God is made strong in our weaknesses. Walking under the Holy Spirit is not about relying on your senses to see what the circumstances are around you are, but about relying on your spiritual senses to discern. In Mathew chapter 8, if you remember, Jesus is in a boat and a big storm rises before getting to the region where He delivered the demon-possessed gadarene, and when He drove them out they came out and went into the pigs, and the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the lake and died in the water. There are spirits in the skies, on land and in the waters. In verse 25, when Jesus is woken up by the disciples and he calms the storm, it says that the disciples didn’t believe that the power could operate through some men; they didn’t ask “What God is this?”, but “What kind of man is this?” The demons wanted to reveal who He was and Jesus ordered them to be quiet so they wouldn’t reveal who He was”. Jesus asked his disciples “Who do men say I am?” and then He asked “who do you believe I am?” Everybody wanted to find out who He was and he had them all confused.

Mark 6:12. We must preach repentance. Surely those who were healed thought “what kina of men are these that lay hands on the sick and are healed”. Who healed them? Men did. Jesus said: “Go and make disciples”. Who had to make the disciples? Jesus’ disciples did. This means that we are Jesus’ disciples but that we are his disciples through someone else. How many people do you know, that want to become Jesus’ disciples on their own, not to have a mentor and not to have anyone to summit to? They don’t have anyone to be their shepherd. There is no such thing, Jesus’ order was another one; He sent people to make disciples; so it is us that make the disciples. If you are stuck there, maybe that is why you don’t flow and maybe it is why God doesn’t flow through you. You don’t even dare to lay hands on people in order for them to be healed through your faith in the name of Jesus. That is why humbleness is a very important trait of men and women that serve God; because you have to know that God will use you to heal people, but you also must recognize that it is through the faith in His son, Jesus. Now, we face a problem: We say: “Lord, heal him”. But God gave us the order of saying “be healed”, but we don’t agree in who will heal him. We say “I will pray for you to be healed, God will heal you”. And God tells you from up above “go and heal him”. At last, let’s make up our minds on who will heal him.

You will be used to heal people, and if you don’t develop that confidence the Lord and his power will not be able to flow freely. On the other hand, if you are a proud person, don’t even dare, you will make yourself a god. Verse 14: Jesus was famous. Everybody, including the governor, Herod was looking for him because the power in him does things. And they associated it with someone, they thought that John the Baptist had resurrected, even though he hadn’t performed any miracle. You don’t know who you are anymore, that’s why God doesn’t use you more. You must know who God is and who you are. You might say that God will touch the people of the place where you are, but when you walk in, you act all shy and non confident. That is why it is so important to be holy, because if you are not, you might doubt that God will use you.

In John 18:4 Jesus, knowing all that was going to happen to him, went out and asked them, “Who is it you want?” 5″Jesus of Nazareth,” they replied. “I am he,” Jesus said. (And Judas the traitor was standing there with them.) 6When Jesus said, “I am he,” they drew back and fell to the ground.

God said to Moses, go and tell them: ¨I am¨ has sent me. God wanted Moses to develop confidence as he was sent. When you develop the confidence of being God sent, you will be able to feel the presence of ¨I am¨ with you.

Herod wanted to find out who He was, the demon-possessed gadarene wanted to find out who He was, the men wanted to find out who He was, and where He got the power from. Peter and John told that man outside the Temple, I don’t have gold nor silver, but what I posses I give you. It has required time from you to obtain everything you posses. If you want that power to go with you, you have to make time for that. They recognized that they were given that authority. People were startled because they thought He was a carpenter. He also said that there is no Prophet without honor. You limit God and what He wants to do through you because of your lack of honor. God can do as much as you honor Him. You want him to do something but you don’t honor Him. You say He is the Lord, but treat Him as a carpenter. Honor sets a limit on God’s Power expressed through us or takes that limit of. Dishonoring God limits us immediately.

They healed some only; they didn’t know who Jesus was. Some, because of believing who Jesus was, saw miracles, but others for wondering and not being sure, stopped seeing miracles. We have to see people not through natural eyes, but with the Spirit and as Jesus see them. Are we, or are we not God’s children just like Jesus? Then, May God use you! If to you I am “Cash,” don’t ask God to heal you. But if you see in me an Apostle, you may ask for it, a miracle will happen.

II Corinthians 5

Where Jesus was considered a carpenter, He couldn’t do more than chairs, beds, etc. Because that is what a carpenter does. That is why He couldn’t heal much people there. But when Jesus was seen as a prophet, He spoke to the sick from the distance and they were healed. For there to be a movement of the Spirit, there has to be people that recognize us as men and women of God. Sometimes you are just everybody’s pal, so they can’t see the man or woman of God that flows through you. God is Lord of Lords and King of Kings. We were made kings and priests, that’s what we are. Sometimes you see God as unreachable. Being used by God has a hole lot to do with the self image you posses, if you think of yourself as small, you can’t be used by Him. You are a coherer with Jesus!

Verse 13 If we are out of our mind, it is for the sake of God; if we are in our right mind, it is for you. 14 For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. 15 And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again. 16 So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!

Who performs the miracles? The new creature that is in you, but you must let it flow. If you don’t see in your wife that new creation she is in the inside, but you know her only as your wife, the wife herself can’t ever heal you, because it is not what you see in the flesh. But if you are able to see in her the daughter of God she has inside, she can lay hands on you at any time.

What is the problem about couples being used with each other? It is that they know each other’s weaknesses. And if you don’t honor your spouse, when you need him, you won’t find him. We must have an honor code, there can’t be leaders dishonoring other leaders. We won’t know them or see them with the flesh, but because of the son of God they are inside. We are God’s children and yes, we may have many defects, but that doesn’t mean God is not going to use us. You never look at your defects when you minister. This doesn’t mean you should justify your weaknesses, but for you not to look back at them. This is because when you go into God’s presence, you don’t look at yourself, but you look at the lamb whose blood allows you to go in.

You must understand that there is a new creation in you that is going to be powerfully used by God. The question is, Who are you?.

II Timothy 1:6
For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands.

People that truly live in a revival don’t feel embarrassed of testifying about his Lord, nor his Apostle or the love that joins them together. According to this, do you suppose God used Paul to bless Timothy? He definitely did, because Timothy knew very well who Paul was. We are a church, not just someone who congregates on Sundays. We are Jesus´ disciples; we are not regular Sunday visitors at an auditorium. We can’t deny the mystic that Jesus left in the ministry, because with it, the power leaves. You are a new creature, you are not what the eyes of men see, you are what you hold inside. It is impossible for your flash to perform any miracle, but the son of God you hold inside can do it. Honor your leader, your pastor, no mater if they have mistakes, you also have them. God doesn’t move where God doesn’t receive honor, He has no reason to do so

Jesus is the verb made flash and you are his brother, son of the same God. Wherever you go, in your cell group, anywhere, behave as a son or a daughter of God and God will surely use you as such.
